Privacy

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, of which NIH and the Office of Medical Applications is a part, does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about visitors to its Web sites, except as specifically described below, unless required for law enforcement or by statute. You may wish to read the NIH web privacy notice , which pertains to all Institutes, Centers and Offices within NIH.

The personal information collected on individuals registering for conferences sponsored by the Office of Medical Applications of Research (OMAR) is used by OMAR in the following ways:

  1. To correspond with you by e-mail and/or postal mail for conference related announcements and updates. In addition we may share your contact information with relevant NIH Institutes and Centers who are holding conferences or meetings on a similar topic that may be of interest to registrants of this meeting.
  2. To contact registrants who have special assistance needs.
